Heidi Murillo-Diaz, BA/CPRP

Heidi graduated in the top 15% of all juniors and seniors at California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in  Sociology.  She is a Master of Social work intern with plans to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Heidi began her career in the Human and Behavioral Sciences in 2006. She is bilingual and enjoys working with the families that she comes into contact with in her role as a Case Manager and a Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist.  Heidi has experience working with the valley’s refugee population and has a particular interest in working with victims of domestic violence.

Heidi was born in Managua, Nicaragua. She immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 6. She grew up in Pasadena, California. Through her professional experience in the mental health field, Heidi has learned that there is a great need for Spanish speaking mental health professionals. She dedicates a great deal of time to community events for which she has a great deal of passion. Heidi is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Health Conferences, an annual event in connection with the Community Council of Idaho. She volunteers with Advocates Against Family Violence and has been featured as a speaker at several community events due to her knowledge and experience in the mental health and domestic violence fields.

She enjoys being in a leadership position and using her resources and knowledge to assist her clients and any one in need.  Heidi enjoys dancing, Zumba and spending time with her vivacious daughter, Kathy.
